Salary: $20,000/year based on 20 hours per week.
No benefits provided.

Position Summary: Serves in ministry in preparation to fill the lead pastor position. We desire a two-year commitment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and oversee youth ministry
2. Preach under direction of the pastor
3. Serve the pastor in other duties as assigned, such as visitations, Bible Studies, special services

Supervisory Control: Reports to the lead pastor

Lateral Responsibilities:
1. Fulfill membership requirements of LFCC
2. Attend and provide a ministry report to the Board of Directors’ regular bimonthly board meetings
3. Be involved with other ministry opportunities in the life of the church

Theological Belief:
1. Must be fundamental in the Christian faith by acceptance of the Bible as being
the true Word of God and believe in its literal interpretation

Qualifications:
1. Must be called into the ministry
